We asked artists in Kansas City and beyond to make editions of their art to be shuffled and stacked into sets of artist trading cards, and we displayed a few from each set on the walls at Kiosk.
“Small Consumables” was the theme of the trade, and our artists interpreted that idea many ways: we had selections of edible plants, tiny parasites, role models you can keep in your pocket, and big experiences contained in little rectangles.
Each artist who participated was encouraged to take home a set of cards, comprised of one card from each artist. We have a couple of the sets for sale if you’d like to take some “Small Consumables” home for yourself!
